Our Great Futures Vision is to provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who walks through our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of North Georgia is dedicated to ensuring that all of North Georgia’s youth have greater access to caring staff, quality programs and safe clubs that will enhance their lives and shape their futures. The following are some of the programs the Club offers throughout the year. The clubhouses offer programs in five core areas:

Character & Leadership Development
Youth of the Year
Year-round program focused on the development of members as community leaders.
Education & Career Development
Power Hour Homework Club
Offered throughout the school year, staff and volunteers help kids achieve their educational goals. Members receive help with schoolwork and can increase their literacy skills by working on “POWER Pages.”
Project Learn
Fun, educational learning activities incorporated into all aspects of daily programming – fun with a purpose!
Goals for Graduation
Members learn how to set short and long term goals.
Leaders in Training/Junior Staff (Grades 5-12)
Volunteer teen staff that assists adult staff – some earn their way to work as a paid employee through the DHS Teen Employment Program.
Health & Life Skills
SMART Moves
This successful prevention program uses a team approach of volunteers, peers and staff to teach youth the skills they need to identify and resist peer, social and media pressures. During the ten-week program participants are taught decision-making, coping, problem solving, resistance skills and techniques.
Healthy Habits
Members learn how to live healthy lifestyles.
